About The Petstop

The Petstop is a small, independent pet-supply store run by people who actually live with the products they sell. No megastore shelves, no upselling — just the food, clothing and gear we'd buy for our own dogs.

How we work

We currently operate from our warehouse, without a walk-in storefront — that keeps our costs (and your prices) down. Browse the shelves on this site, then message us on WhatsApp to ask questions, confirm prices or reserve an item. If we don't have something in stock, we can usually order it in.

What we stock

• Food: Dibaq kibble in 2kg and 12kg bags, Chappi 20kg, and treats & biscuits in rotating flavours.
• Winter wear: jackets and cotton sweaters in multiple sizes.
• Everyday gear: outdoor mats, slow-feed bowls, retractable leashes and a changing range of accessories.

Why buy from a small shop?

Because you talk to the same person every time. Tell us your dog's breed, age and appetite and we'll tell you honestly what to buy — and what not to. If a cheaper bag suits your dog better, that's the one we'll recommend.
